Application scope:
Gerber milk centrifuge is specially designed for the determination of fat in dairy products. The instrument can be used to detect milk fat by four methods, such as the method of Gerber, Ross, pasteurization and solubility. With the heating function, it is ensured that the temperature of the milk fat tube in the centrifuge process is above 50 centigrade, which can not only reduce the time of the sample water bath or the test result more reliable.
