Applications:


D3L Series vacuum centrifugal concentrator integrates centrifugal concentration, heating, automatic vacuum pumping and ultra-low temperature cold trap. It can effectively evaporate solvents and efficiently recover biological or analytical samples. It is widely used in life science, chemistry, pharmacy etc.


Product Features:

1:HD LCD display, intelligent operation, one button centrifugal concentration, heating, automatic vacuum pumping, ultra-low temperature cold trap operation control, simple operation  and can save laboratory space.

2:The drying chamber is made of 304 stainless steel thickened material. There is a special coating inside the drying chamber for anti-corrosion, double-layer

protection and stronger anti-corrosion.

3:Integrated high-power variable-frequency motor with low noise,adjustable speed range of 100-4000rpm .

4:Optional rotors and with transparent lid.

5: It is equipped with special keys for ultra-low temperature cold trap temperature shortcut: multi segment temperature mode calls such as 60 ºC, 45 ºC, 30 ºC and room temperature etc.

6:It is Equipped with built-in ultra-low temperature cold trap, it can significantly improve the efficiency of vacuum concentrator and speed up the process of concentrator.

7:t is equipped with integrated operation design of built-in vacuum pump to avoid operation errors and facilitate operation. It is also equipped with oil mist filter system.

8:It is equipped with a special solution and solvent collection bottle, which is placed at the bottom of the machine and protected by an independent space. It is convenient to remove and clean.

9:The automatic defrosting function of ultra-low temperature cold trap ensures that the pipeline does not freeze, and the middle section is not required in the concentration process.

10: Centrifugal imaging function (optional), observe the sample concentration without shutdown during operation.
